The Trendz is dedicated to serve all your jewelry needs. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (of the date your order was received by our distribution center) for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling, unless you received a damaged or incorrect item. Exchanges must be made within 30 days.
If there is damage to an item upon delivery or you have received an incorrect item – call our customer service center immediately at 1-866-337-7464 to obtain a return authorization number. Complete the return form provided with the original packing materials. Write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including packing slip, return form, jewelry box etc. in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not).
DO NOT WRITE JEWELRY DIAMONDS OR LUXURY RELATED WORDS ANYWHERE ON THE PACKAGE, AS THIS INVITES THEFT.
Use the following shipping methods depending on the value of your order. For your protection, please insure every return and make sure you get a receipt confirming your return has reached the destination. The Trendz is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
If your order is under $500, you can ship it back by any carrier.
For returns over $500, customers will have to get items insured by a third party insurance company like One Service or Malca Amit (FedEx and UPS will not insure international orders over $500). The Trendz is not responsible for arranging coverage/insurance for any returns.

Our expert team of gemologists will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item. The original ‘The Trendz’ security tag must still be on the item in order for refunds to be processed. The Trendz will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping**, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase.
Please allow 7 working days for most simple repairs to be corrected. Please allow more time for more complicated repairs.
If you want to exchange your order with some other item, please follow the return instructions. Once an item has been returned and you have received credit for the purchase, a help service representative will contact you to assist in the replacement of your order. You may at any time call our customer service center at 1-866-337-7464 to replace your order prior to this process.
Unfortunately, we can’t change your order once it’s been submitted. We process order very quickly – which is usually a good thing! 1. Orders are processed as they are received. Merchandise in stock ships usually 2-3 business days. If you ordered merchandise which requires custom work, your order will normally take 5-7 business days.

For security reasons, if you provide an alternate shipping address, you must contact your credit card company to add this address to your account information. Both the billing and shipping address must be verifiable with your credit card company and/or issuing bank.
3. Orders are shipped and insured via FedEx.
4. Fed Ex is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address. A physical street address a signature upon receipt is required for delivery.
